Important: We recommend not delaying making hotel reservations as most cut-off dates for the hotel contingents are around the end of August. You may find a list of recommended hotels on the venue page. To book hotel rooms from our allotment, please use this link.
Note that the early registration deadline is August 15th August 31st.

Cancellation Policy. Cancellation until 4 weeks before the conference at a fee of €100. Request in writing to the general chairs.
Emeritus Registration. We have a limited number of discounted or free emeritus registrations available for our colleagues who have retired. Please contact sosp23-chairs@mpi-sws.org with a request for an emeritus registration code along with a brief (2–3 paragraph) justification (e.g., the retiree status, attendance at prior SOSP events, etc.). While we're happy to be able to support reduced or free registration for emeritus members of the SOSP community, we regret that we're unable to provide financial assistance with travel and lodging for emeritus attendees. Please allow us a few working days to process the requests.
